Having a car transported for the first time can leave your with some questions as
to how this process works. Don’t worry your prize possession is our passion. We
have tried to answer as many of your questions as possible up front, but if you’re

How will my car be transported?
DBAC Inc. is able to offer you either an enclosed trailer or an open rack trailer,
in a variety of sizes. We use our smaller trailers for specialty moves. We will
listen to your needs and customize your move accordingly. Our goal is to meet your
needs of getting your car as close to your front door as possible whether we are
transporting it around the corner or coast to coast
Can DBAC Inc. transport any type of vehicle?
We transport a wide variety of vehicles, from prototypes to test cars, new cars,
used cars, antiques, and SUV’s to motorcycles. You need it hauled, we’ll do our
best to meet your needs.
What insurance do you carry?
We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Your car will be fully insured while
in transport, by the perspective carrier that is dispatched to your vehicle. According
to the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration every transport company is required
to carry adequate insurance to move your car. This will be verified by DBAC Inc.
prior to pick up of your vehicle on every move.
How long will it take to have my car picked up and delivered?
Once your vehicle is dispatched, depending on its location and truck availability,
it will take anywhere from a couple hours to 7 days to be picked up. Once a vehicle
is placed on the carrier it will take 1-4 days for most short moves and 10-14 for
most coast to coast moves. Determinants of this time frame include but are not limited
to, the distance between destinations, other deliveries and pick ups, weather and
peak seasons. Our top priority is to see that our customer is always informed
of the time frame. We will do our best to meet your transportation needs by customizing
each move.
What form of payment does DBAC Inc accept?
We currently accept VISA, Master, & Discover card for your Reservation Deposit only.
Cash, cashier’s check, or money order made payable the respective transport company
will only be accepted upon delivery, paid to the driver, for the remainder of your
payment.
How much does it cost to transport a vehicle?
The cost of moving a vehicle will depend on the make, model, size , timeframe and
the destination of the vehicle along with the type of trailer you select for the

What qualifications do your drivers have?
Every driver is expected to follow ALL Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
They must also maintain their annual DOT (Department Of Transportation) physical,
drug testing, and must hold a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License). A CDL is obtained
by passing both written and driving exams before being permitted to operate any
Commercial Vehicle. Hauling cars can sometimes be like putting a puzzle together,
thus each driver is equipped with the proper auto transport equipment and is extensively
trained in how to operate their machinery.
