Refund Policy
DBAC Inc. will assume that the information provided, without a phone call to make
necessary changes, is true and accurate. By accepting the quote and proceeding to
the payment screen we will assume that the customer has acted upon the contract
and understands that their card will be charged the reservation fee discussed in
the quoted balance and the remainder of the balance will be paid upon delivery in
the form of cash, money order or cashier's check, made payable the respective transport
company and delivered to the driver.
The reservation fee is non-refundable. If the vehicle is canceled or the
information provided is incorrect the customer will be charged an additional 10%
for logistic fees.
*Exceptions are made on a case by case basis

At DBAC Inc, we are committed to protecting your privacy as a visitor to this Website
and as our customer. To our visitors and to our customers, we offer this pledge.

When you pay your deposit to transport your vehicle to DBAC Inc, you will pay the
deposit amount with using VISA, Master Card and Discover. You will be sent a confirmation
email within 24 hours. We do not keep a record of your card information nor will
we transfer, sell or share your information with any other personal or company.
When you send us email from this Website, you will provide us with certain personally
identifiable information including your email address.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy without providing you with advance

Delivery Policy
Your vehicle will be transported using your choice or an open rack or enclosed carrier.
Please allow for 7-10 days for pickup and 10-14 days for delivery. These times will
vary with, distance, price, availability, season, and assigned carrier. We will
handle each transport individually and pride ourselves with keeping our customers
informed through their transport experience.
